This is a commitment site, where women will commit to empowering and mentoring other women at least once a day.
Empowering others by teaching self awareness, educating each other about personal safety, financial planning, the importance of an education or job skills that will assist us with our own success and even more rewarding, the success of other women in our lives
It can be as simple as teaching someone how to use word or excel, how to change a tire, unclog their sink drain or simply giving an encouraging smile when another womans self esteem has just been crushed.
Stepping up and refusing to partake of the damage that we inflict on each other with our cutting tongues and behind the back games.
It does not matter how large or small the energy is, as long as it occurs daily.
Go plant a flower for a female neighbor, go pick up debris out of her yard or simply go sit and visit with each other.
P.S. for those of you with families (especially girls) that can never say no to helping others... it is OK to MENTOR YOUR OWN FAMILY...
The goal here is not to take us further away from our own families that need us... it is to help others and you know what... our families need help and also like to help others too!
